Kimberly LaRue will be offering forty-five minutes of gentle yoga postures
and Tibetan Kum Nye yoga exercises designed to help participants deepen
their meditation.
 
These sessions are every Sunday from 9 - 9:45 am, just before the Sunday morning Calm Abiding practice, and is suitable for all levels of experience.
 
So come and limber up before meditation!

Instructor
Kimberly LaRue is an Licensed Massage Therapist (MA41734), Yoga Instructor and Holistic Life Coach who integrates Craniosacral Therapy and meditation into her unique healing practice. Her office is located in the Palm Beach Dharma Center. Using a grounded presence and a soothing voice, she guides you through poses with joyful effort. She has trained with highly accredited yoga masters such as David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Baron Baptiste, and is certified by Suddha Weixler of the Chicago Yoga Center.

Her primary influences and teachers, though, are the Venerable Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche and Venerable Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche, who hold yoga as a very important practice.

Kimberly is currently completing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction certification with Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. She also offers private instruction and teaches a variety of classes, retreats and many other healing modalities.
