Online Mala-making Workshop: Sunday, August 23, 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

DUE TO VERY HIGH INTEREST, THIS CLASS IS NOW FILLED.
Are you feeling the need to do something spiritual and creative in these unusual times? Or have you done so many recitations of mantra over the last few months that you need to fix your mala that has broken? Or maybe you’re feeling so inspired by Venerable Khenpo Rinpoche’s teachings on bodhicitta that you’d like to make a mala to give to someone whom you think will benefit from it. If any of these situations describe you, then this mala-making workshop is made for you!
Join in and learn:
- How to make a full-length mala (108 beads)
- How to make a wrist mala
- How to repair a broken mala
We will gather together via Zoom so that you’ll be able to ask questions and get advice on problems that you’re encountering.
Please register in advance for this class, so we can prepare for the number of participants. People who register will be emailed the link to the Zoom meeting for the class.
To register either email us at info@pbdc.net or call 561-547-4711. Please register early so that you can receive preliminary instructions on what supplies you’ll need. Since you may have to order on-line and wait for them to arrive, the earlier you register and get the instructions, the more likely your supplies will get to you on time.
Donations are not required, but are greatly appreciated. All donations will go to the upkeep of the Palm Beach Dharma Center.
