A wonderful and precious opportunity to practice calming our minds through shamatha meditation, or “peaceful abiding.”
Our precious teacher Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche says that, “It is the most important thing we can do. Through peaceful abiding, we learn to rest fearlessly in our natural state”.
