Introduction to Meditation

Both new and seasoned practitioners are welcome to attend this helpful talk which offers guidelines for Shamatha or Calm Abiding Meditation as taught by Ven. Rinpoches. We will begin with a YouTube of Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche’s teachings on Shamatha Meditation. The class with cover breath purification and guidelines for optimal posture. Meditation is the path home to our true nature which is love, compassion and wisdom. The benefits of practicing meditation are immeasurable. There will be time for practice and questions.
